Managed AI usage
Section titled “Managed AI usage”Hosted plans include one managed-AI allowance shared by Ask Nostos and voice transcription. Pro includes about three times the included managed-AI capacity of Standard.
Usage varies with request size and audio length, so the allowance is intentionally not advertised as a fixed number of messages, tokens, or transcription hours.
The plan changes capacity, not Ask Nostos’s role or reasoning mode. There is no Standard/Deep assistant split.

Standard trial
Section titled “Standard trial”Standard includes a 7-day free trial. Payment details are collected before the trial begins. The trial has a smaller one-time managed-AI allowance shared by Ask Nostos and voice transcription.
Refill capacity is not available during the trial.
If the Standard trial converts into a paid subscription, normal paid-plan allowances apply after the subscription becomes active.
Pro has no free trial. Billing begins when the Pro subscription starts.
Moving from an active Standard trial to Pro ends the trial and begins the paid Pro subscription.
Usage limits and refills
Section titled “Usage limits and refills”Hosted plans have separate limits for media storage and managed AI.
If the included managed-AI allowance is exhausted, Ask Nostos and managed voice transcription pause unless additional eligible refill capacity is available or the included allowance renews.
There are no automatic managed-AI overage charges. When prepaid refill packs are offered for an eligible paid account, they add shared capacity without changing the subscription plan.
